No One Like The Lord (Bethel Music)

There’s No One Like the Lord is a powerful worship song exalting Jesus as the Lamb who was slain, seated on the throne, and crowned King of glory. Its core message centers on Christ’s unmatched worth, divine authority, and the worship He alone deserves.

VERSE
There is One on the throne
Jesus, holy
He is worthy of praise
Honor and glory

CHORUS
Worthy is the Lamb
Who was slain and seated on the throne
There’s no one like the Lord
Elders, creatures bow
Giving praise to Him and Him alone
There’s no one like the Lord

BRIDGE
We crown You King of glory
We crown You King of glory
We crown You King of glory
We crown You Lord of all

We crown You, You are worthy
We crown You, You are worthy
We crown You, You are worthy
We crown You Lord of all

Christ Exalted as King

“There is One on the throne” affirms the sovereign rule of Jesus Christ, echoing Revelation 4:2 where John sees “a throne standing in heaven, with someone sitting on it.” Scripture consistently affirms that Christ now reigns in glory, seated at the right hand of God (Hebrews 1:3).

“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain and seated on the throne” reflects Revelation 5:12, where heavenly voices proclaim, “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing!” This line expresses the core of the gospel—Jesus’ sacrificial death and His exaltation.

“There’s no one like the Lord” points to God’s uniqueness and supremacy, grounded in Exodus 15:11, “Who is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, majestic in holiness, awesome in glorious deeds, doing wonders?”

“We crown You King of glory… Lord of all” echoes the recognition of Christ’s lordship found in Philippians 2:9–11, where every knee bows and every tongue confesses Jesus as Lord.
