VERSE 1
Salamat sa dakila Mong pag-ibig
Salamat sa pagyakap Mo Ama
Ang presensya Mo, ang ninanais ko
Ang puso ko ay para lang Sayo
CHORUS
Nararapat Ka sa papuri
Luwalhati at pagsamba
Hesus Ika’y dakilain
Magpakailanman
Nararapat Ka sa Papuri
Luwalhatit pagsamba
Itataas ang ngalan Mo Ama
VERSE 2
Kailanma’y hindi Ka nagbabago
Tiwala ko’y ibibigay Sayo
Mga pangako Mo, panghahawakan ko
Mamamalagi sa kalinga Mo
CHORUS
Nararapat Ka sa papuri
Luwalhati at pagsamba
Hesus Ika’y dakilain
Magpakailanman
Nararapat Ka sa Papuri
Luwalhatit pagsamba
Itataas ang ngalan Mo Ama
BRIDGE
Ang Iyong nilikha’y luluhod Sayo
Itataas ang ngalan mo
Bawat labi ay magpupuri
Hesus dakila Ka!
BRIDGE
Kami’y ‘Yong likha’y lumuluhod Sayo
Tinataas ang ngalan Mo
Bawat lahi ay nagsasabing
Hesus dakila Ka!
CHORUS
Nararapat Ka sa papuri
Luwalhati at pagsamba
Hesus Ika’y dakilain
Magpakailanman
Nararapat Ka sa Papuri
Luwalhatit pagsamba

God’s Unchanging Love
“Salamat sa dakila Mong pag-ibig” expresses gratitude for God’s great love, which is affirmed in Romans 5:8—“But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” This line reflects a recognition of God’s sacrificial love.
“Ang presensya Mo, ang ninanais ko” points to a longing for God’s presence. Psalm 27:4 supports this desire: “One thing I ask from the Lord… that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life.”
“Kailanma’y hindi Ka nagbabago” declares God’s unchanging nature, which aligns with Hebrews 13:8—“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.”
“Nararapat Ka sa papuri, luwalhati at pagsamba” affirms God’s worthiness of praise, echoing Revelation 4:11—“You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power.”
“Kami’y ‘Yong likha’y lumuluhod Sayo” reflects creation’s submission to its Creator, as Philippians 2:10–11 states that “at the name of Jesus every knee should bow… and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord.”
