Heavenly Worship and Reverence
“A million angels fall face down on the floor” reflects the biblical image of heavenly beings worshiping God in reverence. This mirrors Revelation 7:11, which says, “All the angels were standing around the throne… and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,” showing the awe and surrender expressed in worship.
“Holy is the Lord” is a direct echo of Isaiah 6:3, where the seraphim cry out, “Holy, holy, holy is Yahweh of Armies! The whole earth is full of his glory!” This declaration recognizes God’s perfect and set-apart nature.
“All glory and honor, dominion and power to You” draws from Revelation 5:13, which says, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be the blessing, the honor, the glory, and the dominion, forever and ever!” These words attribute full authority and worthiness to God.
