Nobody Like You (Red Rocks Worship)

Nobody Like You is a worship song that celebrates God’s unmatched greatness, His authority over creation, and the saving power of Jesus Christ. With key themes of God’s supremacy, perfect love, and divine authorship, the lyrics declare that no one compares to Him—now or forever.

VERSE 1
You speak, and waters crash upon the sand
The oceans push and pull at Your command
You hold the moon and stars within Your hands
And all with just a breath, the world began

CHORUS
God, there is nobody like You
God, there is nobody like You God,
And there will never be

VERSE 2
When nothing we could do would be enough
From Heaven’s highest place, You reached for us
My sin and shame forever overcome
The grave was overwhelmed by perfect love

BRIDGE 1
Your Name is greater,
Than any name I know
Your Throne is higher,
Than any other throne
You are the Author,
The Creator of it all
You stand alone, You stand alone

BRIDGE 2
There will never be anyone like You
There will never be anyone like You
There will never be anyone like You, God

God’s Power Over Creation

“You speak, and waters crash upon the sand” reflects God’s sovereign authority over creation. Scripture supports this in Psalm 33:9, “For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm.” His voice alone governs nature.

“You hold the moon and stars within Your hands” points to God’s control over the universe. Genesis 1:16 confirms He created the moon and stars, and Psalm 147:4 says, “He determines the number of the stars and calls them each by name.”

“From Heaven’s highest place, You reached for us” shows God’s initiative in salvation. Philippians 2:6–8 describes Christ leaving heaven to take on human form and die for us.

“My sin and shame forever overcome” aligns with Romans 8:1, which declares, “There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,” and Isaiah 53:5, which affirms Christ bore our iniquities.

“Your Name is greater… Your Throne is higher” reflects Philippians 2:9, “God exalted Him and gave Him the name above every name.”
