Live Again is a worship anthem declaring spiritual awakening through Jesus, the living God. With themes like resurrection, living water, and dry bones rising, the song invites every listener to breathe again in faith and renewal.
VERSE 1
God isn’t sleeping
God isn’t dead
Can you hear His voice calling?
It’s time to live again
So wake up oh sleeper
Wake from the dead
Can you hear His voice calling?
It’s time to live again
CHORUS
Drink of the living water
Taste of the living bread
He is the resurrection
He’s the living God
Run to the living fountain
Dive in and don’t be shy
Oh there is nothing better
Than the living God
VERSE 2
God isn’t silent
He’s speaking right now
Can you feel the earth tremble
This is holy ground
Let go of fear now
Believe what He said
Can you feel your faith rising?
It’s time to live again
CHORUS
Drink of the living water
Taste of the living bread
He is the resurrection
He’s the living God
Run to the living fountain
Dive in and don’t be shy
Oh there is nothing better
Than the living God
BRIDGE
Dead dreams take a breath
Take a breath in
Dry bones time to live
Time to live again
VAMP
He’s singing a new song into your lungs
Time to sing again
Time to sing again
Time to dream again

Spiritual Awakening in Christ
“It’s time to live again” reflects the spiritual awakening that comes through Christ. Ephesians 5:14 says, “Awake, you who sleep, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.” This call to rise is not physical but spiritual, urging the believer to awaken from complacency and receive new life in Christ.
“Drink of the living water” and “Taste of the living bread” clearly refer to Jesus as the source of eternal life. John 4:14 affirms, “Whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never thirst,” and John 6:35 declares, “I am the bread of life.” These phrases invite believers to receive spiritual nourishment from Jesus.
“He is the resurrection” directly points to John 11:25, where Jesus says, “I am the resurrection and the life.” This asserts His power to bring life from death—spiritually and physically.
“Dry bones time to live” recalls Ezekiel 37:5, “Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and you will live,” a powerful image of God restoring life.
